Today's Observation:  My son asked me if I wanted to play W4 with him.  I know he's a smart boy, but I was thinking that he's a little too young to be concerned about how many allowances I'm going to claim for this year.  How sweet, right?  It turns out that he wanted to play Connect Four, which is a lot more fun than taxes.

Today's Observation:  The ranch dressing at Red Robin tasted like plastic today.  I still ate it though.

Today's Observation: Even a two-block commute can take four hours.  I left the office at 6:00 p.m. and didn't arrive home until 10:00 p.m.-ish.  I was making some progress until friends and a couple of bars got in my way.

Today's Observation:  I realize today, after reading the Pennysaver, that you can clip coupons for a root canal.  Next time I'm writhing with tooth pain I will consult the recent paper and see which dentist is offering the best deal.  If anybody offers a B.O.G.O., count me in!  Two root canals for the price of one?  Now that's a deal!

Today's Observation: I feel like Hansel & Gretel when I do our laundry. I leave little trails of tiny socks all the way down the hallway to and from the laundry room. Wait...I hope it's only the kids' socks that mark the trail. =O

Today's Observation: I find it quite annoying when people initiate a phone call and then just sit there, waiting for the callee to talk. That happened to me today at work and eventually I had to ask the guy if there was a reason for his call. Geez, dude! This is the EXACT reason why I dislike talking on the phone.
