Today's Observation: The instructions for heating a pot pie are a little over-the-top in my opinion. When you spend approximately $1 on the delightful mini pie of love, is it really that important that you measure the internal temperature in several spots to be sure it's 165 degrees? When it starts to spew it's internal love, it's done.
