Today's Observation:  I am missing an entire head of garlic.  I could swear on my neighbor's life that it was on the counter last night, but today it's nowhere to be found.  I think the cat had something to do with it.  I think I need to have a long meow with her because I needed that garlic for tonight's dinner.
